Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 firm large tomatoes, unpeeled
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. finely diced ham
1/8 tsp. leaf basil, crumbled
1/8 tsp. leaf oregano, crumbled
1 tsp. minced parsley
pinch of salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut tomatoes in halves.
In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients thoroughly and press on top of tomato halves.
In shallow baking dish, bake tomatoes until softened, about 15 to 25 minutes (time will depend on firmness of tomatoes).
Topping should be lightly browned.
If not, tomatoes may be placed under broiler.
Makes 4 servings.
