Graham Cracker Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. milk, scalded
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine graham crackers, softened butter, 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
Pat into a 9-inch pie plate, reserving 1/4 cup for topping.
