Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 lb. bulk sausage
    5 eggs
    3/4 tsp. mustard
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. unseasoned croutons
Preparation
    Brown and drain meat. Grease a 13 x 9 pan. Then layer most of the croutons, cheese and sausage in the pan. Beat eggs, 2 1/2 cups of milk and mustard. Pour mixture over ingredients in pan. Cover pan and refrigerate overnight.
