Pork And Spinach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell (unbaked)
1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese (6 oz.)
1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Place pie shell on baking sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
Spread cheese on bottom of shell and set aside.
In a skillet, brown sausage; drain off fat.
Stir in stuffing mix and spinach; spoon over cheese.
Beat together eggs and milk and pour over sausage in pie shell.
Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
