Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. uncooked instant rice
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Prepare rice.
    Cook broccoli slightly and drain.
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Combine all ingredients, saving some cheese for top of casserole.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan uncovered for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Freezes well.
