Braised Lemon Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    6 lemon slices
Preparation
    Brown pork chops.
    Season with salt and pepper. Combine catsup, water and brown sugar.
    Pour over pork chops.
    Place a lemon slice on each chop.
    Cover tightly and cook slowly on top of range for 45 minutes or until meat is done.
