Ingredients

60 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Roll Ritz crackers fine.
Melt butter.
Mix together.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan; save some cracker mixture for topping.
