Ingredients

8 oz. yogurt (plain and low-fat)
2 tsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. mustard (Dijon style)
2 tsp. poppy seed
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a small bowl stir together all ingredients.
Cover and chill to store.
Makes about 1 cup.
