Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can beets, sliced
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. beet water
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; add liquid.
Add to boiling beets.
Cook until thickened.
