Creamy Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower, cooked (broccoli may also be used)
2 c. cubed canned ham
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
4 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. sharp processed American cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. soft bread crumbs (1 1/2 slices)
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter; stir in flour and add milk all at once.
Cook until thickens, stirring constantly.
Add cheese and sour cream to sauce and stir until cheese melts.
Combine with cauliflower, ham and mushrooms.
Put in 2-quart casserole. Combine remaining butter (melted) with bread crumbs and sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until hot.
