Stick To Ribs Fruity Oatmeal(Dietetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 c. oatmeal
    1/16 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. crushed pineapple (unsweetened)
    1/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp. coconut extract
Preparation
    Bring water to boil.
    Add oatmeal and salt.
    Stir and cook 1 minute.
    Stir in pineapple, cottage cheese and flavoring.
    Bring to a boil.
    Serve with sweetener and milk as meal plan permits. Yield: 1 serving.
