Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box cake mix
1 c. coconut
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. pecans
1 stick melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In bottom of a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan, spread pecans and coconut.
Mix cake as directed on package.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
Mix butter, powdered sugar and cream cheese and pour over unbaked cake and spread.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
