Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chopped carrots
    2 chopped celery sticks
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    3 c. cooked, shredded beef
    2 cans chicken broth
    2 chopped potatoes
    1 pkg. grated Mozzarella
    1 chopped tomato
    3 c. cooked, shredded chicken
Preparation
    In a large pot of hot water, boil together the carrots, potatoes and celery for 10 minutes; drain and add beef, chicken and chicken broth.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Cut tortillas in strips.
    Cook corn tortillas in Crisco oil until crispy.
    Dab with paper towel and remove grease.
    Top each serving with Mozzarella, tomato and tortillas.
