Rhubarb Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb, cut fine
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Place rhubarb in bottom of unbaked pie crust.
Mix sugar, flour and salt together.
Sprinkle over rhubarb.
Stir gently to coat.
Mix beaten eggs and melted butter together.
Pour over rhubarb.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
