Country Style Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 celery seed
    8 c. shredded cabbage
    1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    1 c. green pepper, diced
Preparation
    In large bowl, stir together the first six ingredients.
    Add the next four ingredients and toss to coat well.
    Cover and chill for several hours.
    If desired, serve in a bowl lined with lettuce leaves.
    Makes about 8 cups.
