Beef Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Beardsley dried beef
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pepper
Triscuits (crackers)
Preparation

Soak dried beef in hot water for 1 to 2 hours (to get out salt).
Ring out water.
Rinse.
Mix cream cheese and shredded cheese.
Mince beef.
Chop pepper.
Mix all ingredients together. Heat in oven at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serve with Triscuits and enjoy!!
