Breakfast In The Car - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pita pocket
    1 Tbsp. reduced fat cream cheese
    1/2 c. fresh fruit of choice
    1 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Stuff pita pocket with cream cheese, fruit and nuts.
    Place on a paper towel and microwave on High 20 seconds.
    Pack up and eat on the go.
    Yields 1 serving.
