Wally'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. pork, beef, etc., diced
    3 medium onions, diced
    2 jalapenos, chopped or 2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. comino
    5 Tbsp. chili powder (fresh as possible and very red)
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 (303 size) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    5 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. paprika (Hungarian if possible)
Preparation
    Brown meat in bacon drippings.
    Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
    Add enough water to make correct consistency.
    Simmer for 45 minutes.
    Never use a lid when making chili.
    Simmer longer for a more spicy chili.
    Do not put beans or anything else in this chili.
    It will only take away from the flavor.
