Pineapple Layer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Shortening
1 2/3 c. Sugar
3 Egg Yolks
1 Egg
2 1/2 c. Cake Flour
4 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 1/4 c. Buttermilk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, cream shortening and sugar.
Add egg yolks and egg.
One at a time, beating well after each.
