Nonfat Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. skim milk
    1 (8 oz.) Egg Beaters
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. rum extract
Preparation
    In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat 5 cups milk, Egg Beaters and sugar until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and rum extract.
    Cover and chill. Just before serving, thin with one cup skim milk and garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Serves 8.
