Fredie'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. chopped, peeled apples
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Combine first four ingredients.
Stir into the next 6 combined ingredients.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle on top.
Let stand for 1/2 hour.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
