Hot Baked Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. pitted prunes
1 (6 oz.) pkg. dried apricots
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 c. water
1/4 c. sherry or orange juice
Preparation

Place prunes, apricots and pineapple in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Combine cherry pie filling, water and sherry or juice.
Pour over fruit.
Mix well.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Delicious with meats.
