Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rolled oats
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/3 c. oil or melted shortening
Preparation

Soak oats in buttermilk 5 minutes.
Beat in the eggs; stir in the brown sugar.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and soda together and stir into mixture.
Stir in the oil.
Grease muffin cups and spoon in the muffin mix.
Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
