Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 egg
2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. raw cranberries
1/2 c. confectioner sugar
Preparation

Blend first 4 ingredients. Mix the cranberries and confectioner sugar and let stand 1/2 hour. Then fold into muffin batter. Fill 12 well greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
