Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 c. frozen loose hash browns
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place sausage; drain.
    Separate crescent rolls and place on 12-inch pizza pan (points towards center).
    Press over bottom and up sides; seal perforations.
    Spoon sausage over crust.
    Sprinkle with potatoes.
    Top with cheese.
    In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour into crust.
    Sprinkle Parmesan over all.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
