Cabbage Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 small bunch green onions
    1 bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Finely chop pepper, green onion tops and dark green leaves from cabbage.
    Cook in Dutch oven with 2 tablespoons bacon drippings and 1/2 cup water.
    Cook until tender.
    Chop remaining white cabbage and onions; add to pot.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add tad of water, if needed.
