Chocolate Crinkles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    4 (4 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
    1 tsp. instant coffee (optional)
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    4 large eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter and chocolate with the coffee.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
    Beat chocolate mixture and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add vanilla.
    On low speed beat in dry ingredients.
    Refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours. Grease cookie sheets.
    Roll teaspoonful of cookie dough into the confectioners sugar after forming ball with cookie dough.
    Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until tops are just set.
    (Do not overbake.)
    Cool on sheets for 1 minute, then transfer to racks until completely cooled.
    Makes approximately 5 dozen.
