Tammy'S Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. red potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 small onion, chopped
1 small can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Wash and cube unpeeled potatoes; place in frying pan. Add the remaining ingredients; cover and cook over medium heat, stirring often. When potatoes are tender, remove cover and cook until water is cooked out.
