Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 c. fruit cocktail (No. 303 can)
2 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. evaporated milk
1 stick oleo
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Do not drain fruit cocktail.
Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Before putting in oven, mix together nuts, brown sugar and coconut; sprinkle over top of cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
