Hash Brown Cheddar Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag frozen hash browns, defrosted
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz.)
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. melted margarine
3 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine hash browns, sour cream, chicken soup, Cheddar cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Place mixture in a large baking pan. Combine crushed cornflakes and margarine. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture.
Place in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Wonderful dish to serve with barbecue steaks or London broil.
