Baked Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    28 oz. can diced tomatoes
    4 oz. mushroom pieces, drained & chopped
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
    12 oz. spaghetti, cooked & drained
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet, saute the onion and pepper in the butter.
    Add tomatoes, mushrooms and oregano.
    Add ground beef.
    Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
    Place 1/2 of the spaghetti in a greased 13 X 9 X 2 baking dish.
    Top with half of the mixture.
    Sprinkle with 1 c. shredded cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Mix the soup and water until smooth.
    Pour over the casserole.
    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
    Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
