Bac-On-Ion Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal mix
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. real bacon pieces (crumbled)
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into a well-greased 10 inch skillet. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown on top. Remove from skillet immediately.
