Cheese Sauce For Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 spring onions, chopped
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
Tabasco to taste
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Blend flour in melted butter; make a thick and smooth cream sauce by adding milk gradually and stirring constantly.
Season with Worcestershire, Tabasco and salt.
Add cheese and stir until cheese melts.
Add onions or top potatoes with onions before pouring sauce over.
A different way to serve baked potato and one men especially enjoy.
