Peanut Butter Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 7 large apples
cinnamon
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. uncooked and rolled oats
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. peanut butter
Preparation

Peel and slice apples into greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Pour water and lemon juice over apples. Combine sugar, flour, salt and oatmeal.
Blend in butter and peanut butter.
Mix until crumbly.
Spread evenly over apples. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, or until crust is crisp and apples are tender.
Serve hot or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.
