Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 qt. milk
    2 eggs
    small can Carnation evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Soak rice for 1/2 hour.
    Put milk in pot; add rice and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring constantly.
    In separate bowl, add eggs, Carnation milk, sugar and vanilla; beat together.
    When rice is cooked, add these ingredients and when it comes to a boil, shut it off.
