Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 c. molasses
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. each cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat first 4 ingredients together then add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Roll into balls; then roll balls in additional granulated sugar.
    Place balls on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 - 12 minutes.
    Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
