Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
1 c. cream-style corn
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
jalapeno peppers (3) (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
