Ginger Ale Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 pkg. lime gelatin
1 qt. ginger ale
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 pt. whipped cream or Cool Whip
whatever you want to use for garnish
Preparation

Soften cheese over hot water.
Add gelatin and mix thoroughly. Heat ginger ale to boiling and slowly pour over cheese-gelatin mixture.
Beat until smooth.
Chill until syrupy.
Add Worcestershire sauce.
Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Turn into 2-quart mold or individual molds.
Chill until firm.
Garnish with whipped cream or Cool Whip and chopped pecans.
Makes 8 servings.
