Sourdough Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    6 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast, sugar and shortening in one cup of better than lukewarm water.
    Set aside.
    Mix flour and buttermilk.
