Doctor Bird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
8 oz. can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. diced ripe bananas (3 bananas)

Preparation

Mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add the oil, pineapple, vanilla, eggs and bananas.
The mixture is stirred to blend, not beaten.
Pour into greased 9-inch tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour. Cool completely in pan before removing.
