Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
8 or 10 Ritz crackers
butter
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to directions on package and drain well.
Mix cream of mushroom soup, eggs, mayonnaise and cheese. Put in casserole dish in layers.
First, put half of broccoli in casserole dish.
Next, put 1/2 of soup, eggs, mayonnaise and cheese mix.
Repeat broccoli then cheese mix.
Top with crushed Ritz crackers; pour melted butter over crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
