Ingredients

10 oz. tomato puree
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. brown sugar, rounded measure
1 tsp. thyme, rounded measure, crushed
1 tsp. oregano, rounded measure, crushed
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. oil (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, crushing herbs in hand.
Thin with a small amount of water to preference.
It is not necessary to heat this sauce before using to top the pizza.
