Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans yellow hominy
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium onion
    1 jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
    crushed corn chips
Preparation
    Drain 2 cans yellow hominy.
    Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Saute 1 medium onion in 1/2 stick oleo.
    Add Cheez Whiz (for a milder taste, use 1/2 jar jalapeno and 1/2 jar plain Cheez Whiz). Mix all together.
    Pour into casserole dish (2-quart).
    Top with crushed corn chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
