Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    12 tortillas
    12 oz. Longhorn cheese, grated
    sour cream
    taco sauce
    1 clove garlic or garlic powder
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    4 oz. green chilies, chopped and drained
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; stir in onion, tomatoes, chilies and chili powder.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Line a 9 x 13-inch dish with 6 tortillas; spread meat mixture over tortillas and top with the remaining tortillas.
    Sprinkle grated cheese over tortillas.
    Heat soup with 1/4 cup of water to make pouring consistency.
    Pour over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve with sour cream and taco sauce.
