Carbonara - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. mild Italian sausage
1/2 lb. cooked ham
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. minced parsley
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
pepper
1/2 lb. cooked and drained spaghetti
Preparation

Stir-fry sausage and ham until lightly brown.
Remove from wok.
Have all ingredients ready and measured. Add hot spaghetti to meat with butter and parsley.
Mix well.
At once, pour in eggs and continue to blend quickly, lifting and mixing the pasta to coat well.
Sprinkle in the 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and a dash of pepper.
Mix again.
Serve and top with additional Parmesan cheese.
