Hot Mulled Cider - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. cider
    1 orange, sliced
    1 lemon, sliced
    4 sticks cinnamon
    6 whole cloves
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg (fresh)
    1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
Preparation
    Simmer all over low heat 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve hot or warm. Makes 2 quarts.
