Sausage Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    8 c. water
    1 (28 oz.) can Italian-style tomatoes, undrained and broken
    5 tsp. beef flavored bouillon or 5 cubes bouillon
    4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 medium carrots, pared and sliced
    1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans, thawed
    1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large kettle or Dutch oven, brown sausage, onion and garlic.
    Pour off fat.
    Add remaining ingredients except beans, spaghetti and cheese. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 1 hour. Stir in beans and spaghetti.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until spaghetti and green beans are tender.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes 4 servings.
