English Muffin Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. English muffins
1 jar pizza sauce
1 pkg. (2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
pizza toppings: onions, peppers, mushrooms, black olives, pepperoni, hamburg, sausage, etc.

Preparation

Place English muffins on cookie sheet.
Spread pizza sauce on top of each muffin half.
Add pizza topping as desired.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes or until muffin is toasted and cheese is melted.
