Beef Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) beef flavored rice (I use Rice-A-Roni)
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine rice-vermicelli mix with ground beef and eggs.
    Shape into meatballs in large skillet.
    Brown meat balls and drain off grease.
    Combine contents of seasoning packet and water.
    Pour over meat balls.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until thick gravy forms.
