Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. milk
    1 c. creamed corn/Mexicorn
    1 jar (small) pimento
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. onions
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    garlic to taste
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients but cheese.
    Pour half in large greased skillet.
    Then add grated cheese.
    Then pour remaining mix on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
